- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a few problems at this surgery, the first being one of the doctors telling myself that I wasn't on a certain type of medication and she couldn't do me a repeat prescription, even though I've been taking this medicine for my asthma for a year now. I then booked an appointment to get my stitches taken out, the receptionist confirmed my appointment, I turned up and they then told me my appointment was at rayleigh, not in Hockley like they had previously told me. A lot of confusion and a very bad system they've got going on. I've changed doctors now because it's too much hassle!!!by Rich and Shirl ShelleyMay 08, 2017
