- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really poor service from receptionist,tried to get an asthma pump for my son to be told I have to go in with a hand written letter,yet last time I phoned for an appointment to get another asthma pump,I was told I only had to ring for a repeat prescription. I wouldn't mind but we never use the surgery as there's never any appointments & when I try to get what is needed without an appointment and wasting time your causing me more time !
