- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I usually find the staff very pleasant and helpful so went in for advice for weaning food for my wheat intolerant 6month old and was recommneded some biscuits which were ordered in for me and i bought. when i got them home and opened them i discovered they were unsuitable as it says on the packet not for under 3yrs. i popped in and explained that i wasn’t happy at having wasted my money and the lady said if i brought them back i could have a refund. i did this the next day and Richard was so rude with me he threw the refund at me and i had to pick the money up from the floor. his excuse was that he didn’t know the product, he just picked it out of a catalogue. My response is, don’t give advice on things you don’t know! i suggest you use the ‘free-from’ aisle in tesco instead!by A Google UserJanuary 18, 2017
